Transportation Management System - B2B

Client: 3rd Party Logistics Company

Application: Transportation Management System (TMS) and client portal

Roles: Lead UX Strategist, Interactive Designer

Using user-driven application design and development methodologies, I was able to design and develop a custom TMS interface. The application integrated with backend components of the client's existing TMS systems and was enhanced with additional features that are key to 3PL business processes. I was able to conduct 30+ end user interviews to obtain a comprehensive understanding of user needs and business processes. Through the user interviews, client customers were able to assist in the design and creation of the application. CRM, the end product, is a user-friendly one-stop-shop application for internal employees, partners, and 3PL customers to manage shipments and perform 3PL operations efficiently. 

The new CRM/TMS application allowed both internal and external users to streamline shipment management processes, 3PL business processes, and customer management.
